Built to win the room

Oreet Kaufman built OC Presentation Designs into a business landing Fortune 500 clients (like Post, Coca-Cola, and Kellogg’s), but her brand and website hadn’t caught up to the caliber of client she’d earned. She came to us wanting an honest read on where her business actually stood, and a brand and website that finally matched the work she was already doing behind the scenes.

Trustworthy from the first glance

“I’d been doing everything myself for a long time — always second-guessing the voice, the tone, the logo, the site. Business had slowed down, and I finally realized I needed someone to help me step back and reevaluate what I was doing. Reaching out to Rachel for help was the best decision I made all year.”

The audit & strategy

We kicked off with a Bold Day of Content, starting with a 90-minute deep dive session to get underneath the numbers: her revenue mix, pricing, close rate, and where her best clients were actually coming from. From there, we ran a full audit of her current marketing efforts to spot the gaps, plus a technical audit of her website for SEO, AIO, UX, and user flow.

That research became a detailed strategy document with a 30/60/90 day action plan, built to align her day-to-day efforts — her LinkedIn outreach, her pricing, her pipeline follow-up — with the kind of high-stakes design work and corporate training she wanted more of. The plan made the case for a pivot she’d already been circling: shifting more of her business from one-off slide projects toward recurring, higher-value executive training. Once the roadmap was in hand, she signed on for a full Bold Brand and Website to bring that strategy to life in her visuals and messaging.

The brand & website

The centerpiece of the new brand is the OC Weave, a custom mark that interlocks the O and C of her studio name into one continuous form. The weave captures the core of how Oreet actually works: story and design brought together into a single result, not treated as two separate steps. We paired it with a warm, grounded palette — deep plum, slate blue, and gold accents against a soft cream background. It’s elegant and composed, but never sterile or corporate-cold.

We built the messaging across the site around the identity pillars we defined together: built for your success, story-led design, real experience earned in the room, real over flashy, and partnership over vendorship. Every page speaks directly to the executives and decision-makers she wants more of, naming their actual pain points — cluttered decks, looming deadlines, stretched internal teams — instead of generic design-agency language.

We restructured the site around her two clear offerings, PowerPoint design and presentation training, each with its own process breakdown and real client results from companies like Post, Coca-Cola, Kellogg’s, and Cove Capital. A dedicated results page pulls her portfolio, mini case studies, and testimonials into one place for a client doing deeper research, while the homepage gives a taste of her work and points them there.

OC Presentation Designs’ identity pillars are spelled out clearly, and they come through across every part of the site — from the confident, story-driven copy down to the warm, elevated color palette.

“What stood out most was how methodical and thorough the process was. Rachel listened, offered her own perspective, and pushed back when I needed it, which is exactly what you want in a partner, not just someone who says yes to everything. Trusting someone else with something I’d built myself wasn’t easy, but that process is what made the result feel right.”

Sharon Basiratmand had the credentials, the clients, and the instincts. What she needed was a brand that could hold all of it: the legal precision, the Oceanside roots, the straight-talking warmth that turns clients into lifelong friends. We built Advocate Realty Group from the ground up — name, identity, and logo — so that every sign, post, and first impression could introduce her in exactly the right way.
