6 weeks, from kickoff to go-live
Vibe check
We start with a quick call to go over the details and make sure we’re both excited about working together on this project. If it’s a good fit on both sides, you’ll sign a contract, pay your 50% deposit, and we’ll find a good date for our kickoff call.
Deep dive
We’ll officially kick off the project with a 90-minute deep dive call. I’ll ask you lots of questions to fully understand the brand we’re building.
(Warning: We get so deep in this call, my clients often call it “brand therapy”)
Brand strategy review
I’ll take the deep dive conversation and turn it into a fully built out brand strategy. About a week after our deep dive call, we’ll meet to review it and make sure we’re fully on the same page.
Intensive sessions
Depending on the package you choose, we’ll meet 3–5 weeks later for intensive sessions, where I’ll present the brand and/or website to you, get your feedback in real time, and make adjustments as necessary.
It’s a collaborative process built fully around what’s going to help you reach the next stage of growth with your brand.
Go-live
Finally, just a couple days after our intensive sessions, we’re ready to go live!
You’ll get everything built and ready to use, along with tutorials on how to update your website moving forward (no waiting around for me to fix things!)

Why is the price for the lowest package $6k for just a logo?
Easy! What I offer isn’t actually just a logo — not even close. It’s a full brand strategy built on your unique values and goals, and a complete visual identity system that brings that to life. That includes a logo, of course, but it goes so much deeper than that.
A logo without a clear strategy and full visual identity system is almost definitely a template with no chance of helping you stand out and connect with your dream clients.
Can't I just have Claude build me a website?
Honestly, you totally can. It’s pretty incredible what AI can do nowadays, and I use AI in my business every day.
But what Claude or any other AI tool will hand you is inherently generic. It’s built off of what every other website on the internet looks like, so that’s what you’ll get.
What I build you is a brand and website that brings your inner magic to life in the way only a values-led human (that’s me!) can.
Plus, you’re ready to scale to the next level. This ain’t the time for small potatoes approaches that’ll make your brand do anything but stand out.
Can I start with just a brand and do the website later?
Absolutely! If you start with Nectar (the brand-only package) and come back within 6 months to build a website, I’ll apply the full cost toward the larger package.
How much of my time will this take?
Much less than you probably think:
- 2 hours total for the Bold Foundation (deep dive + brand strategy review)
- About 3–5 hours total for the intensive sessions
- Minimal time to send me photos, logins, and all that jazz
Probably less than 10 hours total for everything.
What if I want a website without a rebrand?
That is something I’ll consider on a case by case basis. If I truly feel your visual identity is doing your brand justice, I won’t force you to redo it (of course not!). We can discuss the pricing adjustments to your project if that’s the case.
How do I know if my website should be on Squarespace or WordPress?
It really depends on your specific business, the functionality your website needs, and what you envision. There are some pros and cons to be aware of:

I’ll review your application within 2 business days. If I think you’re a good fit, I’ll email you with a link to my calendar to set up a quick, 15-minute chat. Then, if you’re ready to move forward, you’ll get a contract and invoice, and we’ll find a date for your Bold Foundation session.
