I’m Rachel Honeyman, founder of honeybebold. I’ve spent most of my adult life dedicated to one primary goal: to empower myself so that I can help empower other women to be their boldest selves.
I created honeybebold as a hub for empowering women across the rich and beautifully complex experience of womanhood-while-entrepreneuring (it ain’t for the weak!).
Every woman deserves the chance to boldly bring her unique gifts to the world, and to do so with the confidence, autonomy, support, safety, and guidance she needs to become the leader she was born to be.

Meet our team of bold women
Rachel Honeyman (aka “The Brains”)
Hey there! I’m Rachel, founder and CEO of honeybebold.
My biggest driving value is helping women be fully empowered in every facet of life. My 15+ years in content marketing led me to empower female entrepreneurs in their businesses through strategic, values-driven branding and web design. And as a martial artist since 2015, I’ve devoted myself to learning the skills needed to defend myself — so that I could teach those skills to women like you.
I’ve also written transparently about the infertility journey my husband I went through (in large part, to help other women going through this feel less alone). You can read about my miscarriage, how I battled grief and depression, and my experience looking for an egg donor.

Fun fact: I’m a huge Harry Potter nerd and have two pet rabbits named Tonks and Lupin, but my hubby has (sadly) never read or watched Harry Potter.
Aviv Joshua (aka “The Braun”)
Hi! I’m Aviv, honeybebold‘s operations manager. I do a lot behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly and ensure our clients have the best experience working with us.
I’m a registered dietitian by training and worked in the nursing home setting for over 10 years, where I honed my skills in organization and systems. I have broad experience as a virtual assistant, doing everything from bookkeeping and client relations, to web content management and social media marketing.
Outside of honeybebold, I’m a Master Gardener (in training), avid hiker and traveler, and pet mom to two cats (Stone and Kiffy) and a brand new puppy (Nova).
Fun fact: Rachel and I have been besties since 10th grade!
Sandy Weberman (aka “The Flair”)
Hey, I’m Sandy! I take care of the visual design side of things here at honeybebold after Rachel has developed the brand strategy for our clients.
I’ve been a graphic designer for over 10 years, now specializing in branding and logo design. I’m a naturally creative person (but a major perfectionist when it comes to my work!), with a super strong drive to always be looking for another creative outlet, be that art, design, or yet another hobby.
Outside of honeybebold, I was born in Long Island but now live in South Florida with my husband and our 3 kids.
Fun facts: I was born without a sense of smell, and I love to cook but hate using recipes.
Stephanie Lee (aka “The Details”)
Hi! I’m Steph. I’m responsible for fixing up all the technical details on our honeybebold websites so they look spick and span on all screen sizes before we go live. Rachel calls this step in the process the “Steph magic” step 😆
I’m a digital producer and Certified Scrum Master, with experience in WordPress, Shopify, and Contentful. I love exploring the ins-and-outs of content management systems and new technology and digital tools.
Fun fact: I’m perpetually lost, and I blame it on my hypophantasia.

Fun is the name of the game. If we’re not having fun doing all this, then what’s the point? And we tell our clients the same thing. We want to empower our clients to build the businesses and lives that bring them success, fulfillment, and joy.

We’re not afraid to put ourselves fully out into the world, sometimes saying or doing the unpopular thing. We know we need to speak our truth to draw the right people into our orbit — and repel the wrong people away from our businesses and lives.
