For Queen Bee founders ready to stop being their own marketing department
A month of content marketing, handled in one day
Once a month I block a full day for your business and nobody else’s. You get strategy, content, systems, the whole machine — all without hiring anyone, managing anyone, or waiting three weeks for a first draft.
Only two spots open each month. Takes 5 minutes to apply.

Your content has been getting done… sort of
The newsletter goes out most months. Somebody posts to LinkedIn when they remember. There’s an editorial calendar in a Google Sheet somewhere that hasn’t been updated since March.
Meanwhile, content is just another thing you have to worry about, when you already have a very full plate as a founder with actual clients to serve.
Nothing's technically broken. But nothing's growing, either.
You don’t really know what’s working or what’s worth spending effort on. So it makes sense that your marketing keeps getting pushed to the bottom of your ever-growing list of priorities.
What if someone (*cough* me *cough*) could take it off your plate completely?
You’ve probably already tried one (or more) of these
Outsourcing to an agency
You've done the 12-month agency engagements, where you wound up with a beautifully formatted strategy deck, a stack of recommendations nobody had capacity to implement, and traffic that moved precisely zero.
Hiring someone in-house
You've paid someone 6 figures and they wind up doing coordination instead of strategy. You bring them the tools, you bring them the ideas, and you're essentially paying senior money for admin work.
"Alright, I guess I'll do it myself"
This has probably been your default, because let's face it, no one has ever done as good a job on your content as you could do yourself. The problem? You've also got a whole dang business to run. Which means content loses that fight every time.
All three have the same hole in them: Somebody has to be senior enough to make the call, close enough to your business to make the right one, and actually free to do the work that week.
In other words, you need a unicorn. (Psst… hi!)
Enter: The Bold Day of Content
With a Bold Day of Content (aka BDOC), I block one full day a month for your business to tackle the content that will actually make shit happen for your business.
-
I start with strategy first, taking the time to deeply understand your brand, your voice, your clients, your POV, so everything I deliver really sounds like YOU.
-
I look at the whole machine, not just what you bring to me. Your SEO, email, website content, and social aren’t separate projects. I’ll give you my expert opinion on what’s the real bottleneck this month, then make a plan to fix that.
-
Then, the work gets done — fast. You’re used to marketing taking three weeks to produce something you have to rewrite anyway. This produces finished work (and a LOT of it!) by the end of the day.
But don't take my word for it!
What comes out of a day?
The specific output is different for every business, since we’re only building what will strategically get you to your goals. Here are some examples of what previous clients have gotten from a BDOC:
-
Blog posts & case studies
Two to four long-form pieces (blog posts, case studies), written and loaded into their CMS
-
LinkedIn content
A month of LinkedIn content, written in their voice and loaded into their scheduler
-
Lead magnets & email sequences
A strategic lead magnet, along with an email welcome sequence and/or nurture sequence
-
System work
Whatever system work is needed — scheduling setup, SEO cleanup, social media templates
-
Website copy
Copy across a website completely rewritten (without design) to match the client’s evolution
-
Email setup
Migrated email platforms and designed templates to guide ongoing email marketing
-
SEO
Detailed technical SEO audit and cleanup, accounting for SEO, AIO, and GEO optimization
-
Content strategy
Fully mapped content strategy, along with detailed guidance for the next 3 months of content
I can’t tell you exactly how this will look for you and your business until I peek under the hood and understand your particular needs. We’ll set the focus at the start of each month, then decide together what the output will be.
How it works
Month 1

In the first month, we’ll set up two days (don’t worry, the second day is included!).
- The first day, we’ll have a 90-minute onboarding call where I’ll gather everything I need to build out a clear strategy for our work together.
- Then, day two, I’ll hit the ground running on creating your first month of content.
You’ll get an email at the end of the day with all the deliverables we agreed on, along with a video explaining what got done.
Month 2

Since I create the strategy in the first month, Month 2 is all about content creation.
We’ll meet briefly at the beginning of your scheduled day to make sure we’re on the same page, then I spend the rest of the day tackling your content priorities.
Month 3

Your BDOC for Month 3 will look very similar to Month 2, but when I deliver your content, I’ll also send a report with the results we’ve seen thus far.
3 months is roughly how long it takes to see real movement, so this is a good time to reflect. It’s also a good opportunity to decide if you want to continue working together on your content for another 3-month block.
And your time investment is way smaller than you might think:
What I need from you:
-
One 90-minute kickoff call at the start
-
Logins to the things I need to see
-
A short check-in each month to set priorities
-
A review pass on anything I want your eyes on
What you don’t have to do:
-
Weekly standups
-
Manage me or worry about content quality
-
Create the strategy to drive the content
-
Spend hours on content creation
Why hire me of all people?
Hey, beautiful human, I’m Rachel!
If we haven’t met yet, you might be wondering why you should hire me instead of the approximately gazillion other content creators out there. (Or, more likely, why you should hire me instead of just having Claude or ChatGPT handle your content).
Totally fair.
Well, I’ve been at this for 16+ years, and my experience in content runs both broad and deep, across brand, SEO, web strategy, email marketing, social media, and user experience.
TL; DR: I’m not just some freelancer (or AI tool 🤖) who will pump out a bunch of content that’s probably garbage.
I look at the big picture so everything I create for you is deeply aligned with your goals (and not just the making-more-money goals, but less tangible ones, too — like your sense of freedom and impact).
Oh, and my clients say I’m a goshdarn delight to work with 😉
Apply for a Bold Day of Content
Only 2 spots open each month
Applying takes 3 minutes
Price: $2,495 per month
3-month minimum
Includes:
-
90-minute deep dive into your busines
-
Fully built out brand and content strategy you can take with you beyond 3 months
-
A second day for strategy in Month 1 for no added cost, so you walk away with a plan and content in the first month
-
Strategically prioritized content for each month (whether that’s for your website, social media, email, or other)
-
Content built on your brand, voice, and values (not a template)
-
Finished, ready-to-publish content by the end of the day
-
Detailed progress report in Month 3
A 3-month minimum puts your total investment at $7,485. For context: a mid-level marketing coordinator runs $70–90K a year plus benefits, and a senior marketing manager runs considerably more. This costs a fraction of either, with the strategy layer neither of those hires reliably gives you.
I got Q's for all your A's

How is this different from hiring a freelancer?
A freelance writer executes what you hand them. I help you decide what should be handed over in the first place, then execute it. I take the reins on your full content operation.

Can't I just use AI to create my content?
Of course you can. What you’ll get, though, is AI content that sounds exactly like everyone else’s AI content (i.e., bland and forgettable). When you put out content in your unique, deeply human voice, you’ll earn the trust and attention of the people you’re trying to connect with. And let’s be real: robots aren’t great at earning people’s trust 🤖

What if I don't have enough work to fill a full day?
You do. Every business I’ve looked under the hood of has more than a day’s worth of high-value work sitting undone. If I ever run out of priorities on your account, I’ll tell you and we’ll scale back. (Half days are available in specific situations).

Can you work with the tools we already use?
Absolutely! And if a tool is working against you, I’ll say so. Sometimes the highest-value thing I do in a month is get you off software that costs more than it gives you.

Do I need to have my brand sorted out before we start?
In most cases, no. We spend our onboarding session together mapping out your brand strategy so that all the content I create for you is in your unique voice.
If you need a full brand or website build, I offer that as well.

Can I just book one day instead of commiting to 3 months?
Absolutely! Sometimes there’s one thing sitting on the list — a website copy refresh, a welcome sequence, a technical SEO cleanup, a launch that needs content around it. You want it done properly, this month, and don’t need ongoing help right now.
A single Bold Day of Content costs $2,795. Mention it in your application and we’ll scope it out on the call.

What if I need more than one day a month?
In some cases, two days a month is necessary, especially if you’ve got a lot going on with your content operation.
When you book two days a month, it brings down the cost per session considerably. Instead of paying $2,495 per session, you pay $2,195 per session, bringing your monthly total to $4,790 (and your content output will be an absolute machine).

What happens after I apply?
I’ll review your application within 2 business days. If I think you’re a good fit, I’ll email you with a link to my calendar to set up a quick, 15-minute chat. Then, if you’re ready to move forward, you’ll get a link to book your sessions.
Two spots open. Here’s how to claim one.
The application takes about 5 minutes and there’s no obligation attached to it. If it looks like a fit we’ll get on a call, walk through what your first two days would cover, and you’ll know exactly what you’re buying before you decide anything.
