Monika Kunz had been running The Springboard for several years, doing deeply transformative career coaching work with clients across the country. But her brand no longer matched who she’d evolved into as a coach. Her website was neutral, her messaging was hedging, and the bold, dynamic human behind the work was nearly invisible. We rebuilt everything: a new brand strategy, visual identity, website, and messaging, so her brand could finally keep up with her.

We built Monika’s brand around a central insight she kept circling: she’s the person who helps you see around corners to spark real growth and transformation. 

The visual identity balances contemplative minimalism with vintage warmth — earthy sage, mauve, mustard, and soft pink — anchored by a sunrise/spring logo mark that captures transformation and forward momentum. The messaging finally captured Monika: pragmatic coaching for thoughtful humans who are too complicated for a five-step framework.

We built out three clear client paths — the leap, the reframe, the launch — each anchored by a real client story on the site. The signature offering, Transform 24, sits at the center of the pricing page, positioned as the deepest, most sustained way to work with Monika.

I didn’t really have my offers anywhere previously, but now I can just share this.
